Minister of Education dismisses school principle in Wasit province

Bagdad (IraqiNews.com) Minister of Education Mohammed Ali Tameem directed the General Educational Directorate in Wassit province to dismiss a high school principle from his office after confirming beating students.

A TV channel broadcasted a video for the school principal severely beating student and forcing him to clean the principle’s room in the school.

Ministry of Education has forbidden the principles and teachers from using violence against the students, as well as using improper words in the schools.
