MoE displays offers of companies to implement Anbar power station

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Electricity announced launching offers of Anbar electricity station project. The Spokesperson of the Ministry Musab al-Mudaris stated to IraqiNews.com “The Minister of Electricity Abul Karim Aftan, the Acting Minister for Projects Affairs Salam al-Qazaz in adition to a number of officials displayed in the headquarter of the ministry the offers of the companies competing for the implementation of Anbar power station project (closed circle).” Mudaris added “This (Closed Circle) project is the first of its kind in Iraq with a capacity of (1500) MW with six generating units,” noting that “Five companies have competed to implement this project from Greece, South Korea, Turkey, and Italy.”
