Municipal councils’ members demonstrate in Diwaniya

Diwaniya (IraqiNews.com) Hundreds members of municipal councils staged a sit-in in front of the retirement directorate in Diwaniya province.

The demonstrators assured to IraqiNews.com that ”The sit-in will continue on Friday in front of the headquarter of the Iraqi Parliament office in Diwaniya province.”

“The demonstrators will continue their sit-in till disbursing their entire salaries which are delayed for 13 months,” the demonstrators added.
