2nd phase of rehabilitating Zawra Amusement Park project accomplished

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Mayor of Baghdad Abdul Hussein al-Murshidi announced accomplishment of the second phase for rehabilitating the Zawra Amusement Park which contains three phases with a cost of USD 60 million.

A statement by Baghdad Mayorship received by IraqiNews.com quoted Murshidi as saying “Baghdad Mayorship inaugurated the second phase of rehabilitating the largest amusement park in the region which was accomplished by an investment company at Zawra Park with a cost of $ 60 million.”

“The project includes establishing modern amusement park that includes 16 games or children and young people as well as fun games for adults,” he added, noting that “The games were provided by international specialized companies to work according to international safety conditions.”

“The project is funded by the private sector without any funds from the Government,” the statement concluded.
