New cage for Kufa Mosque arrives in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretariat General of Kufa Mosque announced the arrival of the new cage for the holy shrine of Imam Hussein’s ambassador, Muslim Ibn Akeel, from Iran to Iraq.The Secretary General of Kufa Mosque, Musa al-Khalkhali, reported in statement to IraqiNews.com ”The new cage for the holy shrine of Muslim Ibn Akeel entered the Iraqi territories heading towards Kufa city coming from Iran,” noting that ”The cage contains (8 KG) of gold, (2,000 KG) of silver and (2,000 KG) of copper.””The ceremonies of receiving the new cage will be held in Kufa Mosque amid wide popular attendance,” the statement added. \END\
