New Labor Law under discussion

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Work and Social Affairs, Nasar al-Rubayi, reported that the new Labor Law and the law of Syndicates Organization are being discussed currently in order to be endorsed.The Media Office of the Ministry reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Minister of Work and Social Affairs discussed with the Secretary General of the Industries World Federation, Kamal Ozcan, the legislations related to workers and labor in addition to the Syndicates organization and its appropriateness with the international standards.””The Minister offered a detailed explanation over the exerted efforts to complete the work prospects through cooperating with the Labors Syndicates General Union and the Iraqi Industries Union as well as other associations and unions in Baghdad and the provinces,” the statement added. \END\
