Nineveh Governor visits Basheka district

Nineveh, Mosul (IraqiNews.com) Nineveh province is seeking to improve the services in Basheka district which witnesses an obvious stable security situation after restoring the normal relationships between Arab and Kurd members in Nineveh Provincial Council.

Nineveh Governorate mentioned in statement that “The Governor of Nineveh province Atheel al-Nijaifi has confirmed, during his visit to Basheka district (20 KM ) east of Mosul, the need of the district to intensify the work of the departments of services to compensate the lack of the services and projects.”

The governor pointed out that “The local government will conduct all the necessary procedures which can participate in improving the situation of the district in the fields of water, electricity, agriculture, education, health, paving roads and municipal services.”

Al-Nijaifi added that “The Iraqi’s suffering during the last few years obliged us to stay away from any disputes and political conflicts because it can only cause more destruction and devastation,” stressing “The necessity to overcome all differences and political conflicts among the Iraqis and focus on providing services for citizens because they really need it.” \
