Shawes, UN official discuss developmental projects in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Deputy Prime Minister, Roz Nouri Shawes, hosted the Regional Chairman of UN Development Program in Baghdad, Adam Abdul Mula, at his office in Baghdad on Monday.Shawes’s office reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The meeting tackled the activities of the UN Development Program in Iraq and the steps of gradual transition to the full return of the UN program offices in Iraq.””The meeting included the ability to provide the technical support from the UN Organization to the institutions of the Iraqi Government in order to apply the Five-Sides plan where the two sides discussed the implementation of the joint funding projects and the means to settle the obstacles that face it,” the statement concluded.
