UAE DAMAC Co. to build luxurious residential tower in Baghdad downtown

(IraqiNews.com) The UAE DAMAC Properties Company intends to build grand housing tower in Baghdad according to an inclusive strategic plan to expand its activities in Iraq.

The Company stressed that “It started the project on Princess Tower, which is a large furnished 26-storey complex located in Baghdad downtown. The project costs UAE Dirham 367 million.”

Spokesperson of the DAMAC Co. Ziyad al-Sha’ar, said “This project which its cost reaches to $ 100 million is the first phase of a strategic plan that comes within long-lasting commitment the company made to Iraq.”
