UNAMI expresses support for Maysan on background of recent earthquakes
Maysan (IraqiNews.com) United Nations Assisstance Mission in Iraq (UNAMI) expressed full readiness to offer assistance for Maysan province on the background of the recent earthquakes.
The coordinator of the Civil Society Organizations in Maysan, Amjad al-Dhamat, said to (IraqiNews.com) “A delegation representing (UNAMI) visited Maysan province and declared its willingness to cooperate and support the inhabitants of Ali al-Gharbi distinct in anticipation of any disaster may occur on the backdground of the increased seismic activity in Maysam province especially in Ali al-Gharbi district.”
