University to be established in Balad district

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Muffed al-Baldawi, from Salah-il-Din province called to establish a university in Balad district to promote education in the district.Baldawi reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”An official delegation from Salah-il-Din province, that included the Head of Salah-il-Din Provincial Council, Ahmed al-Karim, and several members of the council as well as local officials, visited the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Ali al-Adeeb, and we discussed the political, educational and services sectors in the province.””The Minister interested the universities within Salah-il-Din and discussed to established university in Balad district,” noting that ”The province needs more support from the Government and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to upgrade reality of education in the province,” he concluded. \END\
