Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers announced, tomorrow, Wednesday as an official holiday due to heavy rain fall.The Secretariat General of the Cabinet reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “The Cabinet decided to announce Wednesday as a holiday for all institutions except Baghdad Mayorship, Baghdad Governorate, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Municipalities and Ministry of Electricity.”The Iraqi Meteorology and Seismology Organization assured its expectations of heavy rain falling till Wednesday. \END\
