600 former IA officers registered in receiving centers

Maysan, Amara (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Army Tenth Division announced receiving hundreds of officers of the former Iraqi Army who are willing to join the army again.

The Media officer of the Division Colonel, Zaher Jaber, reported to IraqiNews.com on Monday that ”The receiving centers have recorded arrival of about (600) officers of the former IA from Maysan, Basra, Dhi-Qar and Muthana provinces.”

He added that ”The receiving centers which are responsible for registering the former officers, deployed in the districts and neighborhoods of Maysan province, continued in receiving the former officers,” noting that “There are eight receiving centers distributed all over Iraq provinces except Kurdistan region.”

The Iraqi Army Tenth Division started on the 19th of July receiving the officers of the former IA who are willing to join the army forces again.
