10 ISIS militants killed in aerial bombardment southwest of Kirkuk

(IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – A security source in Kirkuk province announced on Tuesday, that ten gunmen belonging to ISIS were killed in an aerial bombing southwest of the province.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The international coalition warplanes bombed, this afternoon, two locations in the village of Sayad Khalaf, located in the area of Riyad in Hawija district (55 km southwest of Kirkuk)”.

The source, who asked anonymity, added: “the bombing resulted in the killing of ten elements of the organization and the burning of two vehicles.”
