Source: Anbar Police found mass grave in central Ramadi

( al-Anbar – A security source in Anbar province said on Monday, that Anbar Police had found a mass grave in central Ramadi, while pointed out that the grave contains the remains of civilians and security elements.

The source said in a statement received by, “A force from Anbar police managed to find a mass grave containing the remains of 40 civilians and representatives of the security forces during the cleansing operations in the are of al-Jumaiya in central Ramadi,” noting that, “ISIS executed them after it had controlled Ramadi.”

The source, who requested anonymity, added, “The remains, which belong to civilians and representatives of the security forces, have shown signs of gunshots in different parts of the body.”
