16 wanted men arrested, weapons seized in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: A total of 16 wanted persons were arrested and weapons were seized in separate areas in Basra, a police source said on Wednesday. “Police forces waged on Wednesday (Sept. 8) crackdown operations in separate areas of Basra, where they arrested 16 wanted men,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The forces seized light weapons and unlicensed vehicles,” he added.
