2 Iraqi tribal force soliders escape from ISIS captivity in Tikrit

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Sunday a security source stated, that 2 fighters from the Iraqi tribal force in Salahuddin province have managed to free themselves after being held as captives for a few hours by ISIS militants.

The source informed IraqiNews that 2 fighters from the tribal force that were kidnapped and kept as captives by  ISIS militants in the province, had managed to liberate themselves only after a few hours from being kidnapped in al-Dajeel, 120 km south of Tikrit.

“The Iraqi fighters were being kept in an under constructed building while they managed to liberate themselves and meet with an Iraqi troop that was sent out in a mission to find them.” He said.
