3 people injured in Baiji

SALAH EL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: Three explosive charges stuck to oil containers went off in Baiji, north of Tikrit, injuring three people, a source from the Baiji Oil Refineries Company said. “Three people were severely wounded as three bombs stuck to oil containers went off on Wednesday morning (May 6) near the Baiji refinery,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Security forces sealed off the whole region and started to search for other possible bombs,” he added. Baiji is 35 km north of Tikrit, the capital of Salah el-Din, which lies 175 km north of Baghdad. SH (P) 1
