4 casualties in bomb blast western Baghdad

Baghdad ( On Tuesday, a source within the police force said, that a volunteer soldier from al-Hashed al-Sha’bi forces has been killed and three others were injured in a bomb blast in western Baghdad.

The source informed IraqiNews, “This afternoon, a bomb that was emplaced on the side road has went off in the area of al-Zayiddan in the district of Abu Gharib, located in western Baghdad,” pointing out that, “The bomb blast occurred while a military rank for the Iraqi Volunteer Forces (better known as al-Hashed al-Sha’bi) was passing through that area.”

“The explosion resulted in killing 1 element of al-Hashed al-Sha’bi and injuring 3 others,” the source added.
