4 wanted men, 15 suspects nabbed in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Four wanted persons and 15 suspects have been arrested during search raids in different parts of Basra, a local police source said on Monday. “Seventeen mortar shells have been seized during the raids,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “During a late hour on Sunday (Feb. 21) evening, unknown men fired indirectly at Basra Airport, where U.S. forces are based,” the source noted.
