7 wanted persons detained in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces on Tuesday arrested seven wanted persons in separate areas of Basra, a police source said. “Policemen launched security raids in separate areas of Basra on Tuesday, where they arrested 6 wanted men for perpetrating criminal crimes and one wanted for terrorist crimes,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The criminal investigation police managed to defuse a bomb in al-Haretha region in northern Basra,” he added.
