8 wanted persons nabbed, ammo found in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Eight wanted persons have been arrested and an amount of arms and ammunition was seized in different parts of Basra, a local police source said on Tuesday. “Local police forces conducted search raids in different parts of the province, during which eight wanted men were arrested on different criminal charges,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “Two Kalashnikov rifles and five hand grenades were seized,” the source added.
