9 ISIS fighters killed in military operation west of Ramadi

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Monday, a source in al-Jazeera and al-Badiya Operations Command in Anbar Province announced the death of nine members of the so called the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria in a security operation west of Ramadi (110 km west of Baghdad).
The source said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The security forces carried out a military operation on ISIS headquarters in Horan Valley near Haditha District (170 km west of Ramadi), killing nine ISIS members and destructing three vehicles belonging to them.”
The source, on condition of anonymity, added, “The security operation also destructed a missile launch pad and a fuel depot used by ISIS, as well as their headquarters completely.”
