(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Sunday, a security source in the Interior Ministry announced, that nine people had been either killed or wounded in the explosion of an explosive device near a popular cafe in Diyala Bridge area in ​​southern Baghdad.

The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “This evening, two people were killed and seven others were wounded in a bomb blast near a popular cafe in Diyala Bridge area south of the capital Baghdad,” adding that, “Ambulances rushed to the area and transferred the wounded to a nearby hospital to receive treatment and the dead body to the forensic medicine department.”
