About 30 wanted persons arrested in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: At least 29 wanted persons for different cases have been arrested and 6 vehicles, that didn’t carry legal documents had been held by the police, in southern Iraq ’s Basra city on Wednesday, according to Basra Operations command source.   “Basra Army and Police forces had carried out 13 inspection assaults in several parts of Basra, detaining 29 persons wanted for different cases, along with the confiscation of 6 vehicles, that did not carry legal documents,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency.   Basra , the center of the province carrying the same name, is 590 km to the south of Baghdad .   SKH (PT) 165
