Al-Juburi appointed Ninewa police chief

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: The Council of Ministers issued a decision to appoint General Ahmad Hassan al-Juburi as Ninewa chief of police and General Mahdi al-Gharawi as chief of federal police in Mosul, a security source said. “Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki signed a decree to appoint General Ahmad Hassan al-Juburi as Ninewa police chief,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The same decree includes the appointment of General Mahdi Subeih al-Gharawi as commander of the 3rd division of the federal police in Mosul,” he added.
