Anbar police announces participating in cleansing battles of Fallujah

(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – On Tuesday, Anbar Police Command announced, that its forces are participating in the storming and cleansing operations in Fallujah axes, while pointed out that its forces are fully equipped with different weapons.
Anbar Police Chief, Major General Hadi Rezeeg, said in a press statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The local police forces in Anbar are participating in the storming and cleansing operations against ISIS members, including the liberation operations of the southern and western axes of Fallujah, as well as carrying out individual operations against ISIS gangs.”
“Anbar police force are equipped with vehicles and monitoring devices, while its members are armed with medium and heavy weapons and rocket launchers,” Rezeeg added.
