Arms cache found in downtown Samarra

SALAH AL-DIN / IraqiNews.com: A cache of weapons was found in a primary school in downtown Samarra city, a source from the local operations room said on Saturday. “Today, police forces found an arms cache in Omar al-Mokhtar primary school in al-Dhubbat neighborhood following intelligence tips from local residents…,” the source told IraqiNews.com. The cache contained improvised explosive devices (IEDs), hand grenades and mortar shells, according to the source.
