Army to liberate Salahuddin soon says Governor al-Jabouri

Salahuddin (IraqiNews.com) On Monday the governor of Salahuddin province, Ibrahim al-Jabouri, announced that the Army forces has a solid strategy to liberate the province from the siege ISIS and free the city of Tikrit soon.

He also pointed out that he met with the military leaders today, and that he discussed sending reinforcements to Iraqi troops inside Tikrit. “We shall not forget the victims of Speicher massacre and will go after all elements involved.” He added.
