Asayish forces arrest criminal in Sulaimaniya

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Kurdish security forces (Asayish) arrested a gunman who killed four family members in Kirkuk in Arabt area of Sulaimaniya province.

The Media Director of Kirkuk Asayish forces, Colonel Smko Shwani, mentioned to the Media office of the Kurdistani Alliance that ”The criminal was arrested during a campaign conducted by the Asayish forces of Kirkuk, Sulaimaniya and the general regional Asayish forces.”

He added that ”The detainee committed his crime with a partner, and he stole the money and golden jewelry from the house after killing the whole family,” noting that “The security campaign is continued until the second criminal is arrested.”

The media source reported on last Thursday that “Unidentified gunmen have killed a family of four members (father, mother and two daughters) by stabbing them with knives inside their house in Baghdad Road area of southwestern Kirkuk.”

Kirkuk city is located (280 KM) to the northeastern of Baghdad. \
