Basra explosion results in 27 deaths, injuries

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The suicide bombing that took place in Basra province on Sunday morning resulted in killing an injuring 27 citizens.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The initial count of the casualties reveals that 24 persons were injured and three others were killed.”

Earlier, a suicide bomber detonated his explosive belt amid a public market in Basra province on Sunday morning.

On the other hand, Kirkuk province also witnessed two car bombings, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.
