Basra police arrest 3 persons for impersonating advisors

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: Police forces arrested three persons for impersonating advisors of the state ministries, chief of Basra police said on Friday. “Policemen arrested the three people from Basra residents late Thursday (Sept. 2) for impersonating advisors of different ministries,” General Adel Daham told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The three people were blackmailing citizens through claiming that they hold strong posts in the ministries,” he added. Basra is 590 km south of Baghdad. SH (P) 1
