Bomb explodes southern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Ten civilians were either killed or injured when a bomb exploded to the south of the Iraqi Capital, Baghdad.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com “A bomb emplaced on the side road of Madaen area (30 km) to the south of Baghdad, exploded targeting funeral ceremony,” noting that “The explosion resulted in killing a civilian and injuring nine others.”

“Security forces transported the dead body to the morgue and the wounded people to the hospital for treatment,” the source added.
