Urgent – .Car bomb explodes in Karbala

Karbala (IraqiNews.com) A car bomb exploded in northren Karbala on Tuesday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The car bomb went off in Bab-Baghdad area at the entrance of Karbala province from Baghdad’s side,” noting that “The casualties and the material damages are not identified yet.”

“The primary information indicates that the car bomb was parked inside a garage,” the source concluded.

Pilgrims from all over the Iraqi provinces started to head towards Karbala to perform the rituals of Arbayiniya pilgrimage.
