Urgent – Death toll of Madain explosion rise to (70) dead, injured

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The death toll of the explosions which took place in Madain district climbed up to (70) dead and injured persons.

Security source stated to Iraqi News IraqiNews.com on Sunday that “The casualties of the explosion of the three IEDs, which took place in Ta’mem market of Madain district of southern Baghdad, rose up to (15) deaths and (60) injured persons.”

Earlier, Three Improvised Explosive Devices exploded on Sunday evening, in Ta’mem market of Madain district (30 KM) to the south of Baghdad, and resulted in killing and injuring (19) persons as an initial account.

Baghdad and other provinces witnessed a series of blasts, caused by IEDs and car bombs, on Sunday which resulted in killing and injuring dozens of citizens and security elements. \
