British Newspaper: Iranian Gen. Soleimani is the one to stop ISIS

(IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, the British newspaper ‘The Observer’ referred to the Iranian General Qassem Soleimani, Commander of al-Quds Brigade as the only one who can really defeat the ISIS group.

‘The Observer’ reported, “The Iranian military leader Qassem Soleimani is the one who is secretly running Iraq since more than 10 years” noting that, “Soleimani’s influence on Shia tribes had given presence to many Shia militias.” adding that, “ISIS rise is the biggest challenge that has ever faced Soleimani.”

“Soleimani is not accustomed to defeat, and therefore when the Iraqi army in Mosul fled before ISIS last June, the Iranian General arrived in Baghdad shortly a few hours later,” it said.
