Car bomb explodes in Ramadi

Anbar, Ramadi (IraqiNews.com) Several people were killed and injured when a car bomb exploded in central Ramadi on Sunday.

Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Sunday that ”The car bomb exploded in (17) Tamuz Street of central Ramadi and resulted in killing and injuring several people,” noting that “The number of the victims is still unidentified yet.”

The source added “The police cordoned the explosion scene to prevent any further blasts while the ambulances transported the dead bodies of the victims to the morgue and the injured people to the hospital for treatment.” \
