Car bomb goes off in southern Baghdad

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Four civilians were injured when a car bomb went off in al-Amil quarter of southern Baghdad.

A security source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Sunday “A car bomb exploded in al-Amil quarter and resulted in injuring four civilians,” noting that “The explosion resulted in material damage to the nearby shops and houses.”

“The security forces transferred the injured citizens to a nearby hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
