8 Civilians killed, wounded in Abu Gharib

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Eight civilians were killed and wounded when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded in Abu Gharib district of western Baghdad. Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Saturday ”The IED, which was placed on a roadside in Zaydan village within Abu Gharib district (25 KM) to the west of Baghdad, exploded on Saturday afternoon and resulted in killing three civilians and wounding five others.”

”The security forces transported the corpses to the morgue and the wounded to Abo Gharib hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
