8 Civilians killed, wounded in Tikrit

Salah-il-Din, Tikrit (IraqiNews.com) Three truck drivers were killed and five others were wounded due to an armed attack in Tikrit city.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com on Saturday ”An armed group attacked some trucks, by hand grenades and heat bomb, in a farm of wheat and barley of central Tikrit city.””The armed attack resulted in killing three truck drivers and injuring five others, among them four porters,” the source added.”The ambulances transported the corpses to the morgue and the wounded persons to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
