Coalition warplanes kill, injure 15 ISIS elements south of Kirkuk

(IraqiNews.com) Kirkuk – A security source in Kirkuk revealed on Friday, that 15 ISIS militants were either killed or injured in an air strike by the international coalition south of the province.

The source informed IraqiNews.com, “Today, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) belonging to the international coalition bombed, five sites for ISIS, including tactical units in teh village of Albu Nijm and the villages located between the districts of Daquq and al-Tooz south of Kirkuk,” adding that, “The bombing resulted in killing around 8 ISIS elements and injuring 7 others.”

“The operation was based on accurate intelligence received by the coalition,” the source added.
