Cop killed, 2 injured in Ramadi armed attack

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: A policeman has been killed and two others injured in an armed attack in west Baghdad’s Ramadi city, the center of Anbar Province on Tuesday, an Anbar police source reported. “A policeman has been killed in an armed attack by 2 unknown gunmen, who attacked al-Tahrir Police Center on al-Khalidiya township, east of Ramadi on Tuesday,” the police source told IraqiNews.com news agency. He said the police forces have clashed with the armed men, who killed a policeman and injured 2 others who were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, whilst the 2 armed men escaped to an unknown destination.
