(IraqiNews.com) Salahaddin – A security source in Salahuddin Province announced on Tuesday, that the outcome of the suicide bombing that targeted a checkpoint at the entrance of Sulaiman Bek vicinity east of Tikrit, rose to 17 dead and wounded, mostly members of al-Hashed al-Shaabi.

The source said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “The outcome of the suicide bombing that targeted a checkpoint at the entrance of Sulaiman Bek vicinity east of Tikrit rose to four dead and 13 wounded, most of them are members of al-Hashed al-Shaabi.”

The source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, added, “The deaths are increasing due to the seriousness of some injuries.”
