DOCUMENT: ISIS plan to assassinate 20 Iraqi journalists and media workers

(IraqiNews.com) On Monday , a document published by local media sources revealed that the organization of the so-called Islamic state in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is planning for the assassination of 20 journalists and media workers, including managers of media organizations, newspaper editors and program presenters.

According to the document—examined by IraqiNews—the organization ISIS compiled a list of 20 journalists and media workers for the purpose of their assassination, including names of media institution directors, newspaper editors and programs presenters.

Noteworthy, the ISIS group has been lately kidnapping and murdering a number of Iraqi journalists, media professionals and foreigners.
