IA soldiers killed in Shurqat

Salah-il-Din (IraqiNews.com) Two soldiers were killed when an Improvised Explosive Device exploded targeting their patrol at the entrance of Shurqat district in northern Salah-il-Din on Friday.

Security source stated to IraqiNews.com “The IED went off targeting the IA patrol,” noting that “The explosion resulted in material damages to a patrol vehicle.”

“The security forces closed the explosion area and transferred the bodies to the morgue,” the source concluded.
