IAF attack Qaeda shelters northern Babel

Babel (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Air Force in coordination with Babel Police Department attacked the shelters of the Qaeda terrorist organization of northern Babel with more than 100 rockets.

Commander of Babel Police Lieutenant General Riyadh al-Khikani who supervises the operation stated to IraqiNews.com “The IAF in cooperation with Babel Police Department launched more than 100 rockets targeting the shelters of the Qaeda terrorist organization in Farsiya, Abed Weis and Jurf al-Sakher areas of northern Babel,” noting that “The operation which was accompanied by another operation on land resulted in killing a group of terrorists affiliated to the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant.”

He added “The security operations will continue till cleaning all the areas of northern Babel from terrorist groups.”
