IED dismantled in Dhi-Qar

Dhi-Qar (IraqiNews.com) Security forces managed to dismantle an Improvised Explosive Device IED which was meant to target a house of a person close to the office of the Grand Religious Authority Ayatollah Ali Sistani in Dhi-Qar province on Wednesday.
