IED explodes in central Diyala

Diyala (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device exploded targeting civilians who went out of al-Rahman Mosque of central Diyala province after saying their prayer on Wednesday dawn.

A statement by the Sunni Endowment received by Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) cited “In the course of the continuous agenda of targeting the innocent believers who perform their prayers, an IED exploded targeting them after performing the dawn prayer,”
