IED explodes in central Kirkuk

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) An Improvised Explosive Device went off in central Kirkuk on Wednesday.

A security source stated to IraqiNews.com cited “The IED was emplaced inside a garage in Ras al-Jisir area of central Kirkuk,” noting that “The explosion resulted in injuring nine civilians.”

“A security force hurried to the explosion area and transferred the injured to the hospital for treatment,” the source concluded.
