25 IEDs discovered in Maysan

Maysan, Amara (IraqiNews.com) A police force discovered 25 Improvised Explosive Devices in the province on Sunday morning.

The head of the Security Committee in Maysan, Sarhan al-Ghalibi, stated to IraqiNews.com “The police force managed to discover 25 IEDs that were hidden under a wall of an apartment in al-Amarat area in the province.”

“Intelligence information is behind the discovery of the IEDs and the investigations are going on to find out the sides behind hiding these IEDs,” he concluded.
